4×4 accessories

I just purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4×4, what are some nice cheap accessories?
I was already thinking of about a 3″ lift, not sure of a brand or possibility yet.
31″ Nitto Dune Grapplers, with 20″ KMC Rockstars. anything else, thats is legal, in Missouri?
stay away from fabtech and 4 wheel drive hardware lifts. I would go with a rancho suspension lift or a rubicon express lift. I would also put on some offroad bumpers/lights, and maybe even a winch, and it would be more than trail worthy
