4×4 trail blazer push button
1999 Trail Blazer Push button 4×4 problems?
When I try to put the truck in 4×4 from 2hi, whether it be auto 4×4 or 4hi the lights just blink. I think it might have something to do with the actuator but Im not sure. Any help would be great thanks.
First of all.. ANY push button type 4 wheel drive or shift is ALWAYS going to cause problems sooner or later! Why do you think dodge stopped it in the 60′s.
But the other guys are right.. Its best to let a dealer fix this for you. They can also tell you what else is about to go, (and there is most likely something else). Good luck!
Its just part of the truck dieing and eventually it will completely go. I would Stay away from them forever! IF you cant feel those gears touch when you push a lever.. stay away! Electronic shifting in muddy water..who would have thought!
