Does any one know what the law is in FL regarding kids on ATV’S is it allowed only on private property?
Also is their an age limit? I’m trying to find out if my 7 yr old son is allowed to ride a four wheeler around on our private property. Am i breaking any laws? He does wear a helmet and is wacthed by an adult. He does not go on any public or county roads or any other property. If anybody knows the laws on this matter please help me!!
